Foybuild - Company Policy.

Foybuild Pty Limited is a building contractor providing services for the development, construction and maintenance of a wide range of prestige and quality commercial projects - residential new homes, extensions and renovations.

Foybuilds commitment to customers is to build skilfully and professionally and to satisfy the needs of our clients and the end users of the buildings.
It is the policy of Foybuild Pty Limited to conduct its activities in such a way as to provide an environment, which protects the health, safety and welfare of all persons at the workplace, and actively encourage safe working practices. Foybuild is also concerned about the preservation of the environment.

To aid in the implementation of this policy Foybuild will:

  • Comply with all relevant legislation and statutory requirements, codes of practice and industry standards, State and Federal environmental protection legislation.
  • Provide information, instruction and training for employees to increase personal understanding of workplace hazards and environmental awareness;
  • Involve employees on health and safety matters, and consult with them in ways to reduce workplace hazards and improve control systems;
  • Co-operate with client and community groups in achieving environmental objectives;
  • Ensure there is proper handling and disposal of hazardous and waste products;
  • Minimise construction waste and the consumption of resources.

The client is critical to the success of the company. Foybuild have defined client satisfaction goals which are measured regularly. Client satisfaction goals are:

  • Nil defects on project handover
  • Project within budget
  • Project delivery times are met

All Foybuild personnel are required to co-operate with and assist management in achieving these objectives and improving the Company’s performance. The full support of our employees, suppliers and subcontractors are sought in actively pursuing this quest for excellence.

For the long term health and prosperity of the Company, all employees are required to work to the documented management system. If it does not suit the individual or there is a better way of doing the work, then everyone is encouraged to request changes during audits or consultation with the supervisor.
